Ilona Smart
MBA (Cum Laude), Registered Nurse
Ilona provides strategic leadership across project development, healthcare systems analysis, and clinical oversight. With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, 10 years of clinical practice, and an MBA (cum laude), she brings a strong foundation in business science and Health System Strengthening. Her work consistently bridges clinical integrity with commercial insight, aligning patient-focused care with sustainable business outcomes.
Ian Naicker
BPharm, MPH (UKZN), MPS (SA)
Ian is a registered pharmacist, clinical trialist and public health specialist. He has accumulated over a decade in both medical and commercial leadership roles in Pharma. He has also published and presented at local and international conferences. He leads research projects, clinical development, and regulatory support with scientific precision and integrity.
